Old Windows

Going through my archive looking for a photo I remembered taking in Savannah, I came across a picture of the Savannah Cotton Exchange building. The photo is eleven years old, the building dates back to 1886.

These are some enlargements showing the upper tier of windows.

Not sure if they received the attention they deserve in the intervening years.

Monday Window is a weekly blog post challenge featuring one or more photos of windows, prominently or as the main subject.

You are invited to join this challenge and post your “Monday Window” photos on your blog. See the page How to Participate.

Note to my fellow Monday Window bloggers:

Use the category Monday Window for your window posts, you can set the category for your prior posts. When I discover that you have done so (you can even let me know), I will add a link in the sidebar at the right.
