Aquarium Skylight Window
My window for this week is another oldie. This is a view inside the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, Georgia, of a delightful skylight window. Back in 2010 I was attracted by the colors and shadows. With the blue sky seen through the window panes, the white wall with the red accent, the shadows form an impressive abstract image.
To set the scene, here are some views of the aquarium as it looked way back in 2008.
Monday Window is a weekly blog post challenge featuring one or more photos of windows, prominently or as the main subject. Please see the sidebar.

Wow! What spectacular windows! I’m being rather more domestic, but spectacular too, in its own way: https://margaret21.wordpress.com/2020/06/01/lilac-through-the-window

What a stunning effect this window creates! Normally, museum (or aquarium) visits are outings more suited to rainy days but what one would have missed without the blue sky above!

Indeed, eklastic, some sights have personalities depending on the weather, never thought of that before. Thank you!

Thank you, Alice. Oh, yes, I enjoyed the sea creatures and took plenty of photos. The aquarium used to be THE place to take out-of-town visitors for us for years. As age has caught up with us we can’t entertain much anymore. Have not been back to the aquarium in the last couple of years.
