Monday Window – December 13, 2021

Raindrops on Window

We were just a mile from home when the storm front went over us. Visibility was almost down to nothing with rain streaming down. This was our part of that devastating storm that was so immensely destructive in Kentucky.

These are our tears for the victims of this horrible weather.

  1. Thank you, Lin. The temperature had gone up into the 70s (high 20s C), very dark clouds on the northwestern horizon. We took care of our errands and hurried home. About a couple miles before we got back the rain started, then just poured, lots of thunder and lightning. The photo is looking out a side window. Visibility nil. It was much scarier that it looks in the photo. Then the temperature plummeted. Fortunately no damage around here. Sad that so many suffered in this massive storm system.
