Ship Windows – 2

My recent post, Ship Windows, got some nice responses, so here is the continuation of that topic.

This is a container ship – very common these days.

A little bonus here. Notice the window of the lifeboat.

Below is a wider view of another container ship coming up the Savannah River and heading for the port upriver of downtown and River Street.

Now this last one is not a container ship, not one of the globe-trotting commercial carries, it is the River Queen. I showed photos of this tourist attraction before, Monday Window – December 16, 2019.

Monday Window is a weekly blog post challenge featuring one or more photos of windows, prominently or as the main subject.

Hey, Monday Window bloggers, please tag your posts “Monday Window” so we can find them all at once.

  1. Hi Ludwig, I didn’t go nautical this week, but I do have some small windows for you. Most of them were in shipshape condition. It is amazing to see so many containers on a ship. It’s good to see them after all the problems that they have had this year with getting the containers out of the California harbors. It seems like things are easing up a bit. Here’s my post for this week. https://alwayswrite.blog/2022/04/07/thursday-doors-trios-and-monday-windows-at-taliesin-west/
