Bare Branches and Two Windows
The weather is cold and dreary. A typical November day. My archive did not want to show me anything interesting that I haven’t shared already. Until I came to and old photo of the front of a college building in Athens, GA that seemed to fit the mood. Not much of a picture, but the bare tree seemed so fitting for this day.

The sky of the distant sunset is reflecting brightly while all the rest is melancholy. That is even more true of the cropped image. I even went with just two windows for that view, flaunting the “rule of odds” deliberately.
Stay cozy my friends.

I love bare trees and windows. I think I have posted one similar to that in years gone by.
Here is mine for this week https://mywanderings.travel.blog/2022/11/21/windows-in-collingwood/

That tree, with its delicate branches, makes all the difference to this shot. Lovely!

The second photo has a surreal feel about it Ludwig. You could be sitting inside looking at two windows suspended outside 🙂

The windows really “make” that building. Beautifully captured.

Thank you, bushboy. Now that you mention it … They do seem to be suspended by a thin net …
