Car windows on a rainy evening

As followers of Monday Window well know, the good, interesting, imaginative, and well-done photos can be found in the links down in the comments and the tag Monday Window.

All along I have tried to post some images showing windows that stimulate the imagination. Sometimes I manage to find something really nice, at other times something mundane that normally nobody would pay attention to. The photo here scores in the every-day, blah, category, I post it just to show that there are windows all around us.

Monday Window is a weekly blog post challenge featuring one or more photos of windows, prominently or as the main subject.

Hey, Monday Window bloggers, please tag your posts “Monday Window” so we can find them all at once.

Monday Window – August 23, 2021

Rear Window

It has not been possible for me lately to go out for photography. We are still sticking close to home – the pandemic and health issues have seen to that.

However, I do carry my smartphone and occasionally snap a view from the car or while doing errands.

Here is one of those. I was waiting in line to pick up lunch behind a car getting their order. It seemed a bit slow, so I pulled out my phone.

As I was doing my post-processing the words “go car go, go van go” came to mind. Van go? How about “Van Gogh”? So I did a bit of photoodling and you see the scene here the way Van Gogh might have interpreted it.

Nothing special. Just a moment from a couple of days ago.
