Monday Window – May 17, 2021

Two special windows

For this week I have two special windows. One is a stained glass window. It really is an indoor display. The other shows a window looking out at a green expanse – an almost jungle like scene.

Just enjoy them for what they are, not where they are.

Note to my Monday Window blogger friends:

Please forgive me if I don’t respond to your posts or comments in the next few weeks. I have a loved one in the hospital and will be preoccupied and not able to do all the things I enjoy. I will still take photos as I can and schedule posts.

Monday Window is a weekly blog post challenge featuring one or more photos of windows, prominently or as the main subject.

Monday Window – December 21, 2020

Church window from the outside

This past year has been difficult. The pandemic has impacted every part of our world. There is light bringing hope for the future. For now, however, there is a new normal.

The doors of this church are brightly illuminated and inviting, but the reality is that reservations are required to attend, and no more than twenty-five can be admitted to a service.

The message of this holiday season is hope, hope for a new time without fear, without the hardships and agonies. That is also my wish to you.

Monday Window is a weekly blog post challenge featuring one or more photos of windows, prominently or as the main subject.
